Net Casings
Brand new in the Kalle product range are casings produced from closely-knit polyester material with an integrated pattern. They are available not only in different pattern varieties but also with or without transfer function.
These new casings give cooked or smoked meat and poultry products an individual and natural look.
Net Casings
The Net Casings are available in 3 versions:
- CasingNet
- UltraPro
- FlavorPro
The closely-knit polyester material CasingNet is the basic type and is available in 7 different pattern variations.
Additionally, UltraPro has been provided with an easy peel coating for ultimate peelability and performance.
FlavorPro transfers flavours or colours onto the surface of ham and poultry products and is available in two different pattern versions.
